INSIDE INFORMATION: Enad Global 7 AB (publ) (the “Company”, or “EG7”) hereby announces its intention to issue senior unsecured bonds of SEK 350 million. EG7 has engaged DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Sweden branch ("DNB Markets"), to investigate the conditions for carrying out the bond issuance starting on 17 February 2025. The bonds are expected to have a tenor of three years and an initial transaction size of SEK 350 million. If the bond issuance is carried out, the Company intends to use the proceeds to finance acquisitions, investments in game development, and for its ongoing operations. The completion of the bond issuance will be subject to investor interest, prevailing market conditions, and the final decision of the Company.
