Enad Global 7 has been approved for listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Nasdaq Stockholm’s listing committee has today approved Enad Global 7 AB (publ)’s (”EG7’”) or (the "Company”) application to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market, subject to customary conditions. The last day of trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is expected to be on Friday, 14 June, 2024, and trading on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to commence on Monday, 17 June, 2024.

The Company’s shares will be traded in the Small Cap segment under the same ticker (EG7) and with the same ISIN code (SE0010520106) as before. No new shares will be issued in connection with the listing. Shareholders of EG7 do not need to take any action in connection with the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm or the delisting from Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
